Animals

Only service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are permitted at MGM Grand Garden Arena. Service animals must remain on a leash at all times unless performing a necessary task for their disabled handlers.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices are available at no charge at our main Guest Service Center directly through main entrance after security screening. MGM Grand Garden Arena has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS). A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

Baby Changing Tables

Baby changing tables are available in both men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the arena for your convenience.

Baby Bags / Bottles / Formula

Baby bags are subject to additional security screening and will be tagged upon entry. 

Backstage / Event Level

Guests who are seeking access backstage and/or to the event level may do so only with the proper credentials. Guests who are found to be in these locations without proper credentials will be subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Bag Policy

  • No backpacks will be permitted into the venue.

Small personal bags are permitted, provided they do not exceed 12” x 12” x 6” (maximum size).

Bags do not need to be transparent. Fanny packs, crossbody bags, and clear stadium bags are allowed as long as they fall within the 12” x 12” x 6” maximum size requirement. Please note that bag straps are not included in these measurements.

Artist tours, promoters, and/or venue management reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

Box Office

The MGM Grand Garden Arena AXS Box Office is located in The District at MGM Grand.

  • Ticket Will Call: Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up at the AXS Box Office during regular business hours on the day of the event. Tickets may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account. A current, valid government-issued ID is required for pick-up.
  • Tickets may be purchased in person at the AXS Box Office on the day of the event only.

Cameras / Photography

Video recording devices, audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside MGM Grand Garden Arena at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.

Cancelled / Postponed Events

In the rare event that a MGM Grand Garden Arena event is cancelled or postponed, please visit our website for more information.

Child Admissions

For most events, children 36 months of age and under will not require a ticket for entry into MGM Grand Garden Arena, however, they must occupy the seating area or lap of one (1) ticketed adult.

Please note, some events (family shows or those intended for children) will have a different child admissions policy and may require children under 24 months of age to have a ticket for entry.

Code of Conduct

MGM Grand Garden Arena is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests have a right to expect an environment where:

Guests enjoy events free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures.

  • Alcoholic beverages are consumed responsibly. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled promptly and safely.
  • Guests sit only in their ticketed seats and present their tickets when requested by Arena staff. Standing on chairs or railings, or placing guests on shoulders or backs, is prohibited.
  • Fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the court or stage area will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Guests may not ignite flames or use items such as lighters or matches.
  • Guests comply with requests from Arena staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
  • Guests assist in maintaining a positive environment by reporting inappropriate behavior to Arena staff.
  • Guests follow all MGM Grand Garden Arena policies and procedures.
  • Guests who violate local, state, or federal laws may be subject to immediate ejection and/or arrest.
  • Attempting to enter backstage or restricted areas without authorization or with prohibited credentials is not permitted.
  • Guests may not willfully or maliciously disturb other guests or employees through loud or unreasonable noise.
  • Guests will not use profanity or offensive language likely to provoke a violent reaction from others, including but not limited to staff, players, coaches, artists, or other guests.
  • Signs or banners of any kind are not permitted inside the Arena. Clothing or other items may not be hung over railings.

Arena staff are trained to intervene when necessary to ensure these expectations are met. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security officer, or Guest Services team member.

Guests who fail to adhere to the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund, loss of future ticket privileges, and/or possible arrest and prosecution under applicable laws.

Concessions

Aramark is the exclusive food and beverage provider at the arena. In addition to hawking and portable carts, concessions stand locations are available for guests during events.

Dash Pass

Feel like a VIP when you arrive at MGM Grand Garden Arena and purchase expedited entry. The Dash Pass gives you access to an exclusive entrance line so you won't have to wait to start your experience. Dash Pass expedited entry is located at the upper concourse of the arena.

Please note: Guests must purchase a show ticket to purchase a MGM Grand Garden Arena Dash Pass. One (1) MGM Grand Garden Arena Dash Pass allows one (1) guest expedited entry ONLY. Each guest in the party will need to purchase a MGM Garden Garden Arena Dash Pass to access the dedicated entrance line.

Door Opening

Door opening times for MGM Grand Garden Arena events will vary by event. Generally, doors for concerts will open 60 minutes prior to an event.

Dress Code

All guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety.

MGM Grand Garden Arena management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.

Drones

For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at MGM Grand Garden Arena is strictly prohibited. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties. 

Drop Off Zones / Designated Pick Up Areas

Designated rideshare zone is located on the first floor of the MGM Grand self-parking garage. Follow on-site signs for quick and convenient access when arriving or leaving the property. 

Ejections

Guests who refuse to follow the direction of MGM Grand Garden Arena team members or who do not comply with Arena policies may be subject to immediate ejection without refund and/or loss of future ticket privileges. Violations may also result in arrest or prosecution under applicable laws.

Electronic Cigarettes

The use of electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) is not permitted in the arena at any time.

Emergencies / Evacuations

MGM Grand Garden Arena continually works with the Las Vegas Fire Department, the Las Vegas Police Department, and other agencies in the development of specific Emergency Procedures Plans for each event. MGM Grand Garden Arena's goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere by using installed automated security systems and appropriate security operating plans. Trained Guest Services and Security personnel will ensure the security and safety of all guests, performers, employees and occupants of MGM Grand Garden Arena. In the case of an emergency, guests must comply with directives from venue staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.

Entrances

MGM Grand Garden Arena's main entrance is located within The District at MGM Grand, with lower-level entry also accessible from Audrie Street and MGM Road. 

First Aid

Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) are available at all Arena public events to assist guests in need.

In the event of a medical emergency, please contact the nearest Guest Services or Security team member for assistance.

General Admission / GA Floor

The General Admission area, located on the floor of the arena, is standing room only as there are no seats. Guests wishing to arrive early are encouraged to line-up no earlier than 3 hours prior to the scheduled door time.

Doors will open at the same time for all guests. After entering the building, all guests with GA Floor tickets will receive a wristband to access the floor and will be directed to select aisles that have access to the floor.

The Guest Services Center is located on the Upper Lobby, just past Security Screening. 

The Guest Services Center is intended to assist our guests in regards to event information, questions, concerns, or issues during MGM Grand Garden Arena events. In addition, the Guest Services Center serves to assist guests with disabilities with any inquiries or accessibility information for each event. Impaired Guests

MGM Grand Garden Arena reserves the right to deny entry to visibly impaired guests. Any impaired guest causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

MGM Resorts Free Internet/Wi-Fi access is available to all guests at MGM Grand Garden Arena events.

KultureCity

MGM Grand Garden Arena, in partnership with KultureCity, seeks to include all persons living with sensory issues such as Autism, PTSD, Parkinson’s, OCD, ADHD, etc. As such, MGM Grand Garden Arena is committed to meeting those specific needs to the best of their ability by offering Sensory Kits for guests who may need them.

Each Sensory Kit contains: noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, identification tags that allow employees to recognize that the individual has a sensory issue and feeling thermometer cards.

MGM Grand Garden Arena Sensory Kits are available for check-out at Guest Services, in the Arena Lobby.

Loge Seating

Enjoy semi-private, premium seating with extra-wide, comfortable layouts. Features include a banquette area, drink ledge, and dedicated in-seat service for a truly elevated experience.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

Laptop Computers / Tablets

Laptops or any type of personal computers, and tablets (i.e. iPads, TouchPads, etc.) will not be permitted inside MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Lost Children / Guests

Lost children/guests should be directed to our Guest Services Center, located on the upper concourse. Parents looking for a lost child should contact the nearest Usher or Security Officer. For safety reasons MGM Grand Garden Arena is unable to make in-arena announcements for lost children or guests.

  • Age/Race/Sex
  • Eye and hair color
  • Height/weight/build
  • Description of clothes including shoes
  • Any distinguished characteristics

Lost & Found

All Lost & Found items are to be turned into the Main Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse as soon as possible. Any guest looking for a Lost & Found item during the event should be directed to that location.

MGM Grand Garden Arena assumes no responsibility for lost items at any event.

Lost / Stolen Tickets

For lost tickets, guests must contact their point of purchase. For stolen tickets, guests should contact local law enforcement first, then their point of purchase.​ 

Masks

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, masks not intended for health and safety purposes may not be worn while in attendance of any MGM Grand Garden Arena events.

Meet & Greets

MGM Grand Garden Arena does not process meet and greet requests. Please contact the individual artist or team through their website.

Merchandise may be available for guest purchase on an event by event basis.

Pre-paid parking reservations are available at the MGM Grand self parking garage (Reserved Event Parking).

Re-entry is not permitted.

Recording Devices

Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into MGM Grand Garden Arena. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices. Any equipment not conforming to these rules must be removed from the premises or left with the Guest Services Center during the event.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located within the four corners of the concourse and Lower Entry Lobby. 

All restrooms in the venue are ADA Accessible. 

Seat Size

Seats at MGM Grand Garden Arena vary in size. Seats will be between approximately 18” to 22” in width.

Security Screening

For safety purposes, all guests entering MGM Grand Garden Arena will be searched and have their belongings scanned. MGM Grand Garden Arena reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or prohibited items. Any guest who declines to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from MGM Grand Garden Arena.

See Something Say Something

The If You See Something, Say Something™ campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities.

If you see something, say something! To report suspicious activity, see your nearest Usher or Security Officer, or call 1-877-A-THREAT (1-877-284-7328).

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Electronic cigarettes (vapes), smokeless tobacco products, tobacco, and cannabis products are also prohibited and may not be brought into the venue.

Arena staff will address and mitigate any smoking that occurs inside the facility.

Standing Policy

Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and on chairs is strictly prohibited.

Standing Room Only Tickets

Some events will permit the sale of Standing Room Only tickets. These tickets include but are not limited to General Admission Floor. These tickets do not include a seat; therefore, guests will be required to stand in the vicinity allowed depending on the ticket purchased.

Tickets

Tickets are available for purchase directly on www.grandgardenarena.com or www.axs.com

MGM Grand Garden Arena’s Box Office does not manage tickets for guests who purchased through a third party vendor.

Ticket Resale

To avoid disputes with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make all ticketing purchases through authorized outlets only. Authorized outlets include www.grandgardenarena.com, MGM Grand Garden Arena AXS Box Office, www.axs.com, AXS Charge by Phone, and MGM Resorts International Ticket Offices or Concierge Locations. MGM Grand Garden Arena will not be responsible for validating tickets that were not purchased through an authorized outlet.

Weapons

Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. MGM Grand Garden Arena does not provide weapon lockers and will not check in weapons at Guest Services. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the arena and may be subject to arrest.
